NVSOS MISCOMMUNICATION: Although the Nevada Secretary of State originally stated when queried that the business license annual fee increase were across the board, an oversight in the final language excepted LLC’s [NRS CH89 PROFESSIONAL ENTITIES & ASSOCIATIONS which includes LLC’s (NRS CH86) & PARTNERSHIPS (NRS CH87). For that reason, NRS CH89 business license annual fee remains at $200 annually, for now.
