NOTE: The annual Nevada Business License Exemption is no longer available in an online filing format. It requires a signed Declaration that must be notarized and filed with the Secretary of State on an annual basis.1
NOTE2: The following information is required to accomplish the Declaration: (1) Entity Name; (2) Nevada Business ID #; (3) Stipulation that the business is operated solely from the personal residence; (4) Street address & Zip code for the qualifying residential address; (5) Stipulation as to whether any part of the residence is open to the public in furtherance of the business; (6) Stipulation as to whether any other real property is owned, leased, rented, or licensed for use in the furtherance of the business; (7) Stipulation as to the amount of net earnings for the Entity in the preceding calendar year; (8) Signature under penalty of perjury, as a representative authorized by statute to file on behalf of the named entity, that all stipulations set forth in the Declaration are true and correct; and (9) The Declaration must be signed, dated and include certification by a Notary duly licensed in the State of Nevada.
